Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar | Tulip Garden & Local Sightseeing
Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, our driver will receive you and transfer you to your hotel. Begin your romantic Kashmir journey with local sightseeing – visit the famous Tulip Garden, celebrated for its spectacular seasonal summer bloom and vibrant colours. Continue to the iconic Mughal Gardens – Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh – and enjoy the cool summer breeze along the scenic shores of Dal Lake. Optionally, visit Shankaracharya Temple for breathtaking panoramic views of the city and the lake. Overnight stay at Srinagar hotel. Note: It is recommended to arrive in Srinagar by 1:00-2:00 PM so all Day 1 sightseeing is comfortably covered on the same day.
Day 2: Gulmarg Day Trip | Snow Experience in Summer
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a scenic drive to Gulmarg – one of the most beautiful hill stations in Kashmir, especially refreshing in summer with lush green meadows and cool weather. Though it is summer, Gulmarg still offers snow at higher altitudes. Optionally take the famous Gondola Ride (Cable Car) at your own cost – Phase 1 takes you to Kongdoori, while Phase 2 takes you to Apharwat Peak, where you can witness snow even during summer months. Enjoy photography, pony rides, and leisure time in the meadows. Return to Srinagar by evening. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 3: Sonmarg Day Trip | Thajiwas Glacier & Zero Point
After breakfast, drive to Sonmarg – the "Meadow of Gold" – a stunning summer destination with alpine valleys, flowing rivers, and snow-capped peaks. Sonmarg remains cool and refreshing even in peak summer. From the main Sonmarg area, hire a pony or local cab (own cost) to visit Thajiwas Glacier, where you can enjoy snow activities and glacier views together. Adventurous couples may also visit Zero Point (Zojila Pass) at their own cost for raw Himalayan landscapes and dramatic snow walls even in summer. Return to Srinagar by evening. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 4: Srinagar to Pahalgam | ABC Valleys Exploration & Overnight Stay
After breakfast, proceed to Pahalgam – the "Valley of Shepherds" – known for its pine forests, rivers, and lush green meadows in summer. En route, enjoy sightseeing stops including the Pampore saffron fields, apple orchards, and scenic countryside views. Upon arrival in Pahalgam, check into your hotel and relax. In the afternoon, optionally explore the famous ABC Valleys – Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari – via local union vehicle at your own cost (outside vehicles not permitted). Enjoy lush greenery, Lidder River views, and the crisp mountain air. Overnight stay in Pahalgam hotel.
Day 5: Pahalgam to Srinagar | Houseboat Check-In & Romantic Shikara Ride
After breakfast, check out from your Pahalgam hotel and drive back to Srinagar. Upon arrival, check into a traditional Kashmiri houseboat on Dal Lake. In the evening, enjoy a complimentary 1-hour Shikara Ride together – glide through floating gardens, lotus blooms (seasonal), and the vibrant local life on the lake. Day 6: Departure from Srinagar
